    Default North Fork of the Cosumnes

    Drove by a few weekends back on 49 and the water looked great but didn't see any public access. Is there any access along the river at all? And is there any trout in it?

    the river east of Hwy 49 follows general regulations of last Saturday in April to November 15. public access on that section is an issue. higher up the mountain where there is public land, access is less of an issue i'd imagine.
