Default Any Stripers down by Discovery?

Thinking about launching out of Discovery Park tomorrow and fishing the lower lower American for some Stripers. We will probably fish all the way up to the Trestle. I heard a couple weeks ago that guys were getting into some decent fish down there. Curious if that's still the case.

Top Striper guide Maury Hatch goes out extremely early.

I guess I would move pretty fast and fish around bridges and Rip Rap walls.

Check with Andy at the shop.

After the Shad slow down, the Lower American River get better for Stripers in August/September.

I've still been getting a few lower but haven't seen much size. Most schools I'm finding mid river. Good luck!
