My feedback would be to actually have it updated frequently... The last reports I've seen on the old site were from months and months ago.

Bill, it's not bad. I've fished many of the waters listed the last 60 days and it's a heck of a lot more accurate than most of the reports I read. The flow data is a tad off for some places but that is easily verified by looking at usgs/dreamflows/fish head etc.

No better data than first hand so best to get out and just fish.

    Thanks for providing another tool.

I was at Truckee, CA last weekend at a Lacrosse tournament.

Driving along the south fork of the Yuba River at Cisco Grove on Hwy 80, it was really high.

Truckee River from Truckee to Tahoe City was very high too.

    Bill--

This is a definite improvement. e.g. Lower American report was on point and useful.
As others have said, the key will be keeping it current.

    Thx,

    Ron Otto

Good online fishing reports seem to be a thing of the past for whatever reason. Some of the guides still get a good one out there, but they are usually specific to one or two rivers. An accurate and comprehensive report of major basins would be appreciated by the fly fishing community for sure.

Not sure anybody really cares about fishing reports from Mexico daily, However starting in a few days I will be sending Bill daily reports on fishing from Loreto Mexico for Dorado-sailfish-Marlin and Roosters.

    Question Fishing Reports???

The current iteration is well done but doesn't include anything about warm water, Delta or saltwater fishing. C'mon, many board members are interested in information about fishing for something other than Salmon, Trout and Steelhead. The map has 4 sections, not one of which includes any reference to any waters besides lakes/rivers known for Salmon, Trout and Steelhead. If that's not possible, then re-name the Forum appropriately.
