    Looks like there will only be drops from here on out...
    No more abnormally-high flows.
    I just hope there's 2500-3500 for the salmon between August and December and for the steelies after them...

    If they get the flows down to 4K or so as the mountain ice also shrinks we should have plenty. But this is CA and the funny politics at play can make things go down real quick!
