Davis and Frenchman

Gonna be heading to Davis and Frenchman next week. Since there have not been any recent reports, which areas should be best this time of year? I have never fished Davis but have fished Frenchman by the dam and the launch ramp by the campgrounds.
We fish sinking line and buggers.

Also interested.....fished it a few years ago & was not impressed....maybe since we had a good winter will be better....not interested in anything smaller than 14 inches
