Lower Sac is on!!

Well for over a week now we have been having good days on the Sac. We have enjoyed great fishing with only a couple boats out! Based on the increasing number of boats I'd say word is getting out. It's time to dust off your rod and reel and get up here!

Lower Sac is flowing around 10,600 cfs.

April is normally a very big month.

It is the big caddis emergence.

I look forward to the water clearing a little more. Hooked some fish today, but a persistent headwind and fishing in the project healing waters 20 boat flotilla was tough, cool seeing all those guys out there though. We get a stretch of nice weather and I think its gonna be as good as ever up there. I just hope it gets there before I get tied up fishing for shad and summers up north.
