Hand made wood fly boxes and collectables

Hey Guys! Flygrain LIVES! To a limited degree LOL. I have been making some stuff and Id like to offer it for sale. My fly boxes and cigar boxes are made to the same excellent standards as always. In fact, Im still using the same jigs, so they are identical in stature as my previous boxes that some of you are familiar with.

Everything Im offering is made by me, by hand in my personal home woodshop. My fly boxes, cigar boxes and flask surrounds are finished with 4-5 coats of SPAR outdoor urethane. They are made to be used! Most of my fly boxes have custom rippled cork inserts that I also make myself. A select few may have rippled foam inserts.

I am currently not taking custom orders. What you see is what you get. I have spent this past three years collecting some truly insane wood! I am so excited that my shop is finally up and running and Im able to do what I love so much.

This is not an organized business but rather a hobby and a passion! I just love being able to make these collectibles and get them into your hands so you can enjoy them!

DISCLAIMER This is all real wood and as such may have small imperfections and inclusions. These add to the character of the item and I inspect every piece thoroughly for integrity and strength. They all have mini brass box hinges mortised into the wood and rare earth magnets for strong closure.

My prices directly reflect the natural beauty of each individual wood. Shipping costs will vary by location but $7 is standard.

Buckeye burl. I filled a void in the raw wood before milling it with dyed blue epoxy and chips of turquoise and jade. It mills and finishes just like wood and is literally part of the wood. VERY COOL and unique! 3x5" flybox. $65.00
