what happened to the Beulah?
Several better spey casters than I highly recommend the Redington Chromer; at $400 it's good value.

from my experience the 7 wt is great for the continental northwest. once you venture into B.C. the 8 wt is the rod to have, although if just one will do the 7 wt is the one.
