HMH Standard Vise with Brass Base, options

I'm no longer using this vise, bought from The Fly Shop in 1980. In addition to the vise, there are 3 sets of jaws, a brass base, a clamp (each with the appropriate stand rod) and a tube fly jaw set. Photos will be provided upon request. If new, the rig would cost $620. Asking $275 (PayPal) for the entire package including shipping w/in CONUS. Reasonable offers will also be considered. I'm unwilling to break up the set.
