CA Delta Striper Fishing!

Striper fishing has been good on the CA Delta! We have been catching lots & lots of Schoolie Stripers with a few trophys mixed in here & there! Larger fish should continue to show up in the coming weeks, looking forward to a great fall, the next two months is your time to get out on the incredible CA Delta!!!

Bryce use to be one of my favorite Spey Steelhead guides in Southern Oregon and was our Beulah Rod Rep.

He has sense moved down here and gotten married and has a baby so now he is one of my favorite Delta skiff guides.

Fished today with Maury Hatch and my son in law, his first striper trip. Ran into Bryce about mid day. Between us we got about 70, no really goods ones though, a few LMB mixed in. Very fast stripping was the key. Good news is my SIL is totally hooked on stripers now. The weather was perfect so the long boat rides were easy. Maury is always great to fish with, hard working and fun, and he speaks very highly of Bryce too.
