Default Some Owls for Scott V.

I was out drivin' down the road just after sun-up earlier this year up in the high desert country and Burrowing Owls were out and around mostly sittin' atop fence posts.Lookin' for what, I don't know...

    Same for this one..

An adult with young of the year..

One peekin' out of its burrow..Note the fly on its head!

In a different part of the country I ran into some Great Horned Owls.. This one's an adult

Here's a Young of the year..

    Ever catch and owl blinking?

    Another Adult...

    That's it for now..

    Awesome pics, Mike.

Here's two photos of the male that left me a pellet on my deck two days ago. He was sitting on the handrail digesting I think. He found himself a mate about a week ago. Now there's two of them hooting back and forth almost every morning.
