Yard photo challenge... anyone in?

Been reducing my water use for the yard to zero in an attempt to help our fish and save some $.

Hope the rains come in September as the ground is thirsty..

Everyone be sure to deep water your big shrubs and trees once a month in the summer so they don't die.




The only net result of the us saving residential water is it ruins our quality of life.

We home owners are 15% of the water use or maybe less and AG is 80% so all the water you save is going to AG, not fish.

I think it is sad that we have to suffer and I have paid taxes for over 50 years.

Couldn't they adjust the big AG owners that are making over a billion dollars year?

I think we need to look closer at big AG to where the money goes and where the crops go.

We are being duped.........

Lots of water used and wasted for stuff we don't need.

Just doing my part to reduce the water waste I can control.

We turned our yard into river rock over here in Davis, Ca because they threatened to raise our rates to the moon.
