I don't know how the drawers, doors, etc would stay shut when on the road,
especially a somewhat windy one at any speed. I would be especially cautious
with the refrigerator doors, much less the contents while under way.

Of course everyone has a proper tow vehicle/hitches/sway/equalizer bars.
Maybe I am over thinking this, just saying
