Default Check the flows on the Valley Rivers.....

    .....before you go.

I use the FishHead smart phone app.

Lower Sacramento River at Keswick Dam is about 10,000 cfs....good for drift boating for big trout.

Lower Feather River near Gridley is around 7,000 cfs to bring in the Salmon. Might be some early Steelhead too.

Lower American River is 2,700 cfs but will be at 2,000 next week ......perfect.......Half-pounder Steelhead and stripers.

Lower Yuba River is around 700 cfs which is nice for wading for wild Rainbow trout.

Hey Bill, the Yuba hadn't been 700 cfs since last summer. Use the gauge at Smartsville not Marysville.

Further north, the Trinity is running at 1200cfs. Less than 500 yesterday. Hope that helps the lower river critters.
