Lost Simms Bag on HW 50 this AM

Hello All
Please Help

A buddy of mine lost (flew out of his boat) a Simms Headwaters Tackle Bag on highway 50 eastbound before 65th St. at 5:00 this morning. I saw it in the road......got off the freeway and went back for it but someone beat me to it.
Lots of nice stuff in it!
Total Bummer.
