Default Lost Fly Box - North Fork Stanislaus

I dropped my dry fly box on the North Fork of the Stanislaus yesterday, upstream from Sourgrass/Boards Crossing. I hiked up about a mile/mile and a half. It could be down by the river or somewhere on the fire road.

Its a green foam Orvis box and my name and e-mail are on the back. If you find it pick some winners for yourself (except that big salmon fly!...sentimental) and please mail it back to me!!!

    Thanks.
You can't buy happiness, but you can buy new fly fishing gear and that usually does the trick.

Box located and on its way home!

Is there another community of strangers that are so nice to each other than fly fishermen?

Just got another e-mail from the guy who found it....in Big Trees State Park about 20 miles downstream!

Good news. I was up there and found a very different leader setup with a flashback copper nymph. Want to learn more on this leader setup. Calling out to the gudebrod specialists...
