Default Status-- Feather River Low Flow Section?

Per the Feather River/Oroville Dam phone line recorded message (530) -534- 2307 for last 5 days has had "Releases to Feather River" (Low Flow Section) have been 815cfs dropping to 800cfs today...

Anyone know what shape the Low Flow Section is in (what's the clarity & fishability) and is 800cfs fishable by floating in a one-person craft?

Did my first bike/float-fly fish trip with my Watermaster Kodiak on the Lower Sac and want to do another from Hwy 162 bridge to Thermalito Afterbay outlet.

    Thanks,

    Jim

Water clarity is good. Flows are good. Floating in a pontoon from 162 to outlet will take some work. There is a big flat stretch from Matthews to the next spot. I think that section is best fished with a guide and a drift boat or on foot wading. Floated a few weeks ago with a Scadden Craft and thought it was better to drive and wade
