Rollins Lake 4-14

I decided to give Rollins a try to see if the water cleared up some, the visibility was about 3 ft., water temp 61 degrees, and the bass spawn is on. I fished for a couple of hours and caught over 20 bass, spotted bass, large mouth, and small mouth ......nothing big yet......all the bass came from only 2 rocky points, i used a inter line and a streamer in 7 ft. of water.

Sheepdog 404 .......yes from a float tube.....i went back today and fished the south side of the lake just to see what was going on, the fishing was just as good once you find the right points, also you need to keep your fly within 3-4 ft. of the straight up and down shore (you need to retrieve or troll parallel to the shore). I hooked one big spotted bass today (4 lbs) that was camera shy.
