    Wow! Dams to be down by 2020??? I was thinking this would take a decade at least. Figuring in a lengthy EIR process, lawsuits, etc, 2020 seems like wishful thinking. Hope it happens. Landmark case indeed!

    Interesting (and kind of ironic) how we put people to work building all these dams and now we're going to create jobs by tearing so many down. Humans!
