The latest weather models show an extended dry period lasting at least two weeks (during what should be the peak of our rainy season). Hopefully this is wrong and/or El Nino actually comes through afterwards and we get doused. Otherwise, the flow increase may prove to be boneheaded. I would hate for this dry period to become even more prolonged and have someone decide flows have to go down again, leaving the eggs exposed.
