The American River really doesn't disappoint. I've had two unfortunate sightings below Sunrise just within the last two weeks. I've also had some rather fortunate sightings in the summer time LOL. When I first started fishing the American down near William B park I was trekking it through whatever I had to to get to the water or back to my car. I quickly decided that wasn't going to fly in this urban setting, stumbling onto camps and stuff, super sketchy.
