Yesterday I was down on the American River doing a tour (American River Steelhead Tour). One of the guest I had forgot to purchase his new 2016 steelhead card and fishing license. So we swung by Sportsman Warehouse on Sunrise so he could get it. We continue the tour - down the river showing the access areas and going of riffles and runs. At Riverbend he realizes he doesn't have his wallet. So we stop the tour and double back to all the places we have been. Walk down the same trails and so on. We go back to Sportsman Warehouse to see if anybody turned in the wallet. No wallet at Sportsman Warehouse. So as a after thought my client goes into the grocery store next to Sportsman Warehouse and asked a checker. She says I think we have it. They did!! The wallet was there, some good honest person turned it in. The wallet, credit cards and all the cash was still in the wallet. Amazing!!! So if one of you folks out there was the good person who did it. Thanks!

There was a little spot on TV where they tested the public's honesty.

It showed how honest the general public is today.

In my other professional I don't see to much honesty!

It was refreshing!!

I drove over the sac today going to Chico. The sac is blown at Oro Bend.

By the way yesterday when I was doing the tour we stop in at the hatchery and watched them mate steelhead. One of the guys told me they mated 23 pairs of fish and they have 100 or so in holding ponds. Great return of fish this year.
