    Regulation changes on the Lower Deschutes will significantly affect the historical, wild-trout and steelhead fishery.

    Your information is dated. Due to a big upsurge in protest the ODFW has scrapped the proposal to eliminate the slot regulation. Perhaps there are people listening to those who speak up. Several other facets of the new regs for 2016 are also contentious to many of us and we are trying to get clarification and/or removal from the proposed changes.
