Hi Billy -

This is excellent advice...anytime we visit Ukiah, my hometown, we schedule our activities around at least one visit to Schat's.

As an aside, while the Schat's owners are related by family (cousins), the Ukiah area Schat's Bakeries and Cafes are totally independent of the other Schat's locations.
