I have this rod and it is by far my favorite in the quiver. If I had an extra $400 bucks I would buy this rod as a back up in a heartbeat. It has a large grain window. I know some who use 510-540 skagits on it, while others will use a 450 or 480 skagit on it. Likewise, some like a 7/8 Delta and others like a 6/7 Delta. Over time, I have settled more on the lighter side with the 450 skagit and 6/7 Delta. IMO, this rod rocks. I'm sure the next owner of this rod will love it as well.
