A recent outing. Ernie failed to mentioned the snow storm and the water sprout.
First time I've had a swallow land on my rod.
Challenging but productive.

It is several different things......


Years ago it was fishing tiny dry flies on smooth water for big trout.


Today, it is probably refering to fishing uinder water in lakes with chironomidea larva imitations for big trout.

This type of lake fishing started in British Columbia.
