Default Which trout rivers are fishable at the end of Feb?

Hi - I may take a trip to SF and can tack on a few days to fish.

I have fished the NF Yuba, Yuba, Up Sac & Low Sac, Truckee and the Mammoth Lakes streams: Hot Creek, Up & Low Owens and I love to try some of those again. Would they all be fishable?

I assume the Yosemite passes are closed so I have to the long way round to get to the E Sierras.

    Thanks.

Hi left field. Of the places you mentioned I'd look into either Owens', and Hot Creek.......Or make it up to the Truckee.

    Thanks.

The Truckee broke my heart a few times so I guess I should give it another shot. If the Yosemite passes are closed I need to go up that direction anyway. And I'd love to try the ML area again.

    Thanks.

All it takes is one hot Truckee fish.......Looks like mild, spring-like weather for the foreseeable future. You should be hittin it just about perfect.
