Rod Builder Recommendations?

I am looking to have a rod built from a Steffen glass blank. I have a couple of names, but wanted to reach out for recommendations for local builders who have experience with glass rods. Thanks!

Larry Lee L3 rods in Citrus Heights , there is also Buff a barber across from Kiene's that builds in his barber shop. Not sure if he I still doing it or not do to health? You could also send it to Steve Godshall ( not local) builds a great rod with some custom work, burl woods and such. Steve is in Oregon, I highly recommend him! I have had several sticks built by him.

He is not from here, but Chris lantzy from PA built up my steffen blank really nicely. Google Chris lantzy custom rod maker for more info. Decent turnaround time and good prices.
