Default been hitting a tricky pond a lot recently...

And its finally paying off. starting to get a lot of fish on top water. today i caught a nice bass that had someones soft craw bait stuck on the inside of his mouth in the back of his throat. it was buried deep so i didn't even try to take it out. its amazing how tough these fish can be. the water is dropping pretty fast, id say a foot 1/2 in the past 2 weeks. i really wonder how many ponds will still have viable water come august. I'm certainly going to enjoy it while i can. I can't get enough float tub'in for bass!

    Brendo,
Neat report with great pics. Amazing how much fun such small waters can provide one.

Some very nice bass, man! Largemouths are next on my species list!

    Cheers,
