11 this evening. I thought the bump in flow would put them off for a day or two. Maybe the increase caused more to move up!

I'll see you out there tonight, I'll be on my kayak. Found a pod of big carp last time, so I want to try and catch at least one then head for shad.

Have they lifted the restrictions that were imposed during SH season?

The upper river has been open since May1st. Lots of anglers and drift boats. Slow for most but I got 11!

I will be going out tomorrow after a few days of TO MUCH work Well when its slow like this I will rather pick up some work versus when there is lots of fish to get during a good year and having to postpone work all the time

23 this evening. The Kid had 12 when I showed up and he caught only 6 more. He got a couple on Bruce 's Too Sexy. Maybe that fly is making a comeback!

Uncrowded and slow. Got only 7 this evening but got 9 during the day!

Slow day yesterday. 2 during the day and 3 in the evening. Gave the kid a set of shooting heads because the Teeny 200 line he had failed (it was an old line and the coating came off the running line). He took to casting them well!

Slow this evening until the sun got off the water. Ended up with 7.
