Default Flows have dropped on the Lower Sac

Just checked out the flows out of Keswick. Since 1990, the furthest back CDEC has records available on their web site, the release out of Keswick has been this low in 1990, 1994, 2001, 2008, 2009 and 2012. The lowest number I saw was in the 3100's. I'm not sure how low they can go. Anyone know how low they can legally drop the flow?

I was going to post on this yesterday. Current flows are at about 3,100. I looked up flow requirements yesterday and found that during critically dry years, the minimum flow is 2,000 CFS from January through the end of February. I can't imagine what that would look like.

If you are drifting the river, be careful and pay attention to the flows.

Here is the .pdf that I found that shows the data.

I hope the late fall salmon picked the locations of their redds very carefully.
