American dropping to 500 CFS on Friday 1/10

Heads up guys, the river is dropping to 500 CFs on Friday.

Ouch. I think it was down in that range once during the drought in the early '90's, and you could cross just above the Watt Avenue bridge. And EBMUD is only mandated to maintain 250 cfs in the lower river, not sure what the Corps' mandate for Folsom dam is at this point...
