New Sage Method Switch

Just happened to be fishing Lower Sunrise and stumbled across a Sage rod demo. Bill Lowe lined my 425 Flight on the new Sage 6 wt. Method switch rod. It's very light to the hand and smooth casting. Even though it's 1/16 oz heavier than the 6 wt TCX it felt lighter provably due to the construction and the down locking reel seat. It's a hair little slower than the TCX but can punch line out with no problem. Well done Sage!

I got to swing both rods side by side and will say that I like the TCX better. Don't get me wrong the Method is nice but for me personally I like the bend in the TCX rod.
