Default Big bug on small creek

I found this crawling around Little Long Valley Creek when i was doing some creek restoration. This baby looked like a porter house steak for the trout world. This creek is at 4200' elevation and is a tributary of the MFFR.Thought i would share this tasty morsel!

That'd be my guess. The adult of the big nasty hellgrammite. The larval stage can pinch pretty good.
