Old Tube finally died! Recommendations for packable tube?

OK. So my 15 year old caddis tube finally died last week. I got the go ahead to get a new tube for my birthday that is coming up. Any recommendations? I need the following:
* must float a big guy! I'm 240# on a good day
* light weight! packable for the backcountry
* durable - I have kids who will use it sometimes
* above water seat would be best

Creek company 420 Ultralight. I've been eyeying one for some time, they look pretty sweet. Appear to be a Fish Cat, without the heavier bottom material. Anyone have one who can comment on them?
