Just got the word from my guy at California Water that the flows are coming down this week on the Low Flow to 950cfs by weeks end. It should hold there.

I talked to my buddy and he said no. They haven't even started it. They have to remove a large amount of material and re-design the whole thing. He went on to tell me - 950cfs is summer flows. They may change coming this fall.
