Orvis advertises this reel for 9wt-10wt rods but you could easily use it on an 8wt as well.
This reel has only been used a few times to test with a rod and is in excellent like new condition. It is a great reel for the money. I purchased it for a trip to Alaska to use with a switch rod but ended up selling the switch rod and buying a new spey rod and reel. The price I am asking is a little more than 50% off what I paid.

This is an excellent setup and I wish I could afford to hold on to it. However, it was replaced by a Nautilus NV G-8 reel and I need to recoup some money!
