Default Are there Steelhead in the Sewers?

The flood allowed me to find out if Steelhead and Salmon have made it into the "sewer fisheries." This is my front yard earlier today during the storm. Just like fishing on the American - hours of spey casting practice without a single bite. I can report my "Muddy Muncher" yard sculpin with T40 is hot for fallen branches. No sewer native Steelhead or Salmon though, but the flow was a bit murky. Fish on! LOL.

Awesome. I was going to do some casting practice in our street as well, since it was flooded this morning as well!

Hey ZWhit...You're in trouble! I just looked in the DFG Regs and your street is closed to all fishing!

    I'm a swing man!

I also saw an unoccupied kayak go by. No reports in the news yet of anyone missing thankfully.

@BobVP I hate when that happens. Besides you can only lawn fish from the fence to the driveway after Jan 1. Damn you Regs!

I will say it was cool getting in some Spey casting practice in my yard. My neighbors thought I was crazy. I'm not sure what was uglier, the muddy water or my casts. Lol!

Yikes, yea just last year those 2 kids were drown just a bit upstream in WC.

Thats a cool video, some salmon make it up there and get stopped just past REI. I have heard of people fishing it.

I use to fish that stretch 20 plus years ago. Six pound line on a ten pound fish was fun! Not sure if the regs have closed it but it is now posted as no trespassing.
    Here fishy fishy....
