Are they essentially the same, but put together by different distributors?

They are the same as far as I know. The initial name was Slinky Flash and then they changed the name to Flash-N-Slinky.

I think they are the same, just diiferent suppliers.

'Farrar Blend' has kind of taken over in that area.
We sell tons of it and have it in all colors.
