Fall River - How's it Fishing?

I know the Fall has been a bit low this year. Has anyone fished it recently? What is the water like and can you navigate fairly well? How is the fishing?

I was up there the first part of September and water levels were normal/near normal. No problems navigating due to water levels.

I was up last weekend. It fished very well. The water was still down about 2 feet but fished the middle section and down river quite a ways and did very good.
