I have seven of them. Ranging from 8 wt to the 13wt.

That rod is worth more money than that. I would buy it in a heart beat - but I all ready have one. Mint that rod is worth twice what you want.

You should sell it quickly.

Four days ago I agreed to pay you the $200 you asked for this rod and posted that offer on this forum. I did go to ebay and bid but was unsuccessful even though I bid over $200. If you are going to use ebay to sell an item then don't offer it for sale here or at least post a notification that you are using that service before someone accepts your offer.
