Thanks guys! I'll have some more pics later this week, I've been ordering parts and just waiting for a few things to get dropped off by the big brown truck. I have all the stringers and gas tank out and preped for new stringers. I sold the old evenrude, it was just a bit too rough(and under powered) for my liking. I'm hoping to find a 200-225 Yamaha by the time the boats is ready for some fall fishing.

Great project, Joe. Good thing you have the ability to do the work, that would cost a small fortune to have done. Another plus is that you can build in your own custom features.
