I got out for an evening rise trip last night and was not disappointed. A swarm of long-horned caddis were fluttering about the surface, but the real sow was the PED hatch. We caught fish on emergers, cripples and duns. Fish were averaging 14" with one that pushed 15". Lots of action on a pleasant northern Sierra evening. Water temperatures were 58*.

See you on the water!
