    Default Salmonflies yet?

Any sign of Salmonflies on Hat or Pit yet? I know it's still early, but without Vaughn's in Burney anymore, I hope to "rely on the kindness of strangers" for reports

There have been a ton out and about on the Trinity in the Lewiston-Douglas City area. Hope that helps somewhat...

Going Hat/Pit on Memorial Weekend. Hope to hit them, but may not fish the good part, my kid don't have waders yet, so will prob stay upper and fish for the eatin' trout.

Default Salmonflies not yet hatching :>(

    Mike:
No sign of Salmonflies other than a random bug on occasion. Hatches seem to be running a bit late on all the local rivers including the Pit, McCloud, Hat and Upper Sac. Except for the Upper Sac which is still high, all other rivers are in great shape.
Feel free to drop a line for the latest on conditions.
