delta boat storage

We're looking for some place to store our boat on the California Delta.
The closer to Bethal Island the better.

Our requirements are.
- dry storage
- ability for the facility to launch our boat boat in the early morning
or late evening. Launch night before and retrieving the next day is fine.
(co-owner of the boat does not have a vehicle with trailer hitch)
- safe
- reliable
- very reasonably priced

As usual, I appreciate all suggestions.

All located on Frank's Tract. Listed in order of my preference.

Sugar Barge.

Russo's Marina.

Beacon Harbor.

None open real early or stay open late, so launching the day before would be ok at Sugar Barge, but you have to pay for a slip, or "side tie". I assume the others can do the same.

Anybody know of similar storage and services off the Moke or SJ near Korths, etc.? I believe the launch service is also know as "tractor service".

I'd be surprised if Tower Park, or B&W Marina didn't provide tractor launching.

Thanks. I always seem to overlook Tower Park. I have launched at B&W over the years but don't recall seeing 'tractor service'. I'll inquire too.

Bottom line, I'd prefer enclosed storage, like what is available at Russos.
