Interesting...my iPhone Fishhead app shows it at 5436 cfs right now (1045 AM), the dreamflows site is showing nearly 11,000 cfs.... which is correct???

Cdec is the best source, however, Dreamflows is very handy because of the number of flow stations that are reported in one page. Where there is a reporting gauge, dreamflows typically gets realtime direct info and is as acurate as the gauge itself reports. Dreamflows also has some estimates where there is no gauge. These vary in their reliability, certain times and conditions they are really good others not so much.
Not sure about any apps....
