    Default WTB z-Axis 490, 590, 697

    Thanks for the offer. Looks like a very clean 590-4 One. I get pro pricing on them, but am really looking for the z-Axis. They seem to be the easiest rod for my less experienced stillwater clients to cast.

    I am interested in your thoughts on the 590-4 and any other Ones that you have cast or fished. My concern with the One is that it might be as hard on light tippets as the XP. I'm kind of a long-liner at heart, so I loved the way XPs cast, but the z-Axis is easy on tippets and really does the work for me. Is the One OK on light (5-6X) tippets? Does it have a big enough sweet spot for less experienced clients to figure out? Do you think the 490 & 590 actions are OK for dries, indicators, and intermediate lines?
