I'm thinking of renting my house during the summer this year. To start with, I'd like to rent it for the month of August, maybe the last part of July. The house is on the river, right next to the boat launch at Irwin/Palisades. It is 3500 square feet with a four car garage. Its a first class fishing pad. If anyone is intrested, let me know and I'll send pics and more details. Asking $5000.00 for the month, or $1500.00 per week. I'd also kick around the idea for renting out a room or two to fishermen/women on a more short term basis, however I'd be at the house myself at during that stay.


PS. There is a Clackacraft in the garage that comes with the house.

Aug 1st-10th

If you are thinking of going, give one day between the last date posted so I can clean the Clackacraft and restock the Fly Tying bench. (Maybe the Wet Bar)

Is your place available to rent September 3 -9. It would be my dad and i. First time fishing eastern Idaho. We dont have a boat so your place sounds perfect.
