Interesting. Last year on the T really sucked. This year seems to be better. Go figure.

Probably becauseThe river was higher last year and the fish just raced to the hatchery instead of hanging out in the lower river?

Are these estimations of adult numbers? or are these the # of fish the hatchery produces?

How do they get these numbers?

I think it is the number of fish that have returned to the hatchery.

Get rid of the Hoopa nets and stop the hatchery. I just solved all our problems.

Get rid of trinity and lewiston dam. I just solved our problems. Lol.

So these are the number that return to the hatchery. That's neat. Is there like a fish ladder or fish trap that they count the fish in? I've never been to the hatchery but I've seen Lewiston dam before.

I heard from a DFG employee that the nets are overwhelming at the mouth of the Klamath. Literally hundreds of them. It's so bad that the bears drag them in at night to eat the caught salmon.
