Retired Big Valley Guide Charlie Gonzales is creating new delectable grub at One-Speed Pizza an idyllic local east sac eatery that I frequent whenever I fish the american. Charlie doesn't get to fish too often anymore because he is too busy feeding ME! One Speed's menu is so terrific that my wife INSISTS on coming with me after fishing. One Speed is a spinoff of the famous Waterboy Restaurant in mid town Sacramento. Try the awesome fire baked pizzas and crostinis! Relax in their shaded outside dining area or their fully stocked bar! And of course say Hi to "Loco Gonzo" for me.

I need to get back to One Speed myself, that really is some great food there. And since we don't fish together any more it is the only way I get to see Charlie.
